Polyethylene (PE) is the most widely used plastic in the world. Polyethylene can be produced in different densities, each offering distinct physical properties. This versatility makes it suitable for a broad range of applications across various industries. The most common densities are: High Density (HD) Low Density (LD) Medium Density (MD) Linear-Low Density (LLD)
Virgin Polyethylene Resin consists of new and flawless materials that are often used in the fabrication of plastic products such as films and packaging. Their more durable molecular structure ensures accuracy and high efficiency in the manufacturing of plastic goods. It is widely used in medical bags and food packaging due to its non-toxic and chemically resistant features.
Repro Polyethylene Resin is an exceptional recycled plastic material made from post-consumer polyethylene waste. It offers a sustainable and cost-effective option compared to virgin polyethylene, while still delivering excellent strength, durability, and chemical resistance.
Special additives can be added to a wide range of products, giving them special properties. The most common are: Anti-slip, Anti-static, Anti-block and UV Stabiliser.
Plastic bags are manufactured using either side sealing or bottom sealing techniques. Side seal bags are often less expensive and are typically used for smaller sizes, whereas bottom seal bags are typically larger and intended for heavy-duty uses.
