At The Plastic Bag Company, we have the manufacturing capabilities to produce continuous sheeting and tubing on rolls in different sizes using either virgin or recycled materials. We offer options in HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP and Composite Multilayered. These custom rolls can be coloured, tinted, or printed. Single Wound Sheeting

Single Wound Sheeting (SWS), commonly referred to as flat film, is a specialised polyethylene tubing that has been slit on both sides. This process results in two sheets that are stacked on top of one another and wound separately. SWS is utilised across a diverse range of applications, particularly as a machine-fed packaging material for wrapping and safeguarding various items.

Double Wound Sheeting

Double wound sheeting (DWS) is consists of two layers of polyethylene material, wound together on a single roll. This design makes DWS particularly suitable for demanding applications that require a more durable solution than single wound sheeting..

Centrefold Sheeting

Centrefold sheeting is a polyethylene film that has been wound onto a roll and slit along one edge, enabling users to easily unfold the plastic sheet to achieve double the width.

Centre Slit Sheeting

Centre slit sheeting is a specialised tubing featuring a slit along the center of one layer of the film. This design enables the sheeting to unfold into a flat sheet, providing versatility for various applications.

Guesseted Centre Slit Sheeting

Gusseted centre slit sheeting refers to a tube that features pleats on both sides and a slit in the middle, enabling the tubing to expand beyond its flat width.

Lip Sheeting

Lip Sheeting consists of folded poly film where one side is longer than the other.

Tubing

Poly tube is a continuous polyethylene tube that remains flat when not in use. It is ideally suited for packaging long or irregularly shaped items.

Gusseted Tubing

Gusseted tubing refers to a roll of plastic film that features a pleat on either side. These pleats expand to form a broader packaging solution. The expanding gussets enable the packaging of items of various sizes using the same roll.
